Levels 2 and 3 of Building C accommodate four spec suites per floor that cater to life science innovators. The design combines labs and offices, serving as an incubator for advancements in the field. Unlike traditional setups, lab functions are highly visible and are celebrated as integral components of the overall design. The suites feature ample natural light, enhancing productivity and well-being. With a strong visual connection between lab and office space, Building C fosters collaboration and synergy between scientific exploration and administrative work.
